This extended surface filter media is produced from a high quality blend of natural and man-made fibers. BioPleat offers an excellent combination of high efficiency and low resistance to air flow, plus antimicrobial protection.

The media is supported by a metal grid on the air leaving side. This grid provides extra strength and helps maintain the proper pleated configuration throughout the life of the filter.

	Works heaps better than the Filtrete!
	When we had the duct work replaced in the house, the contractor put in the HealthSmart frame and filter. It works heaps better than the Filtrete furnace filters we were using before. And I really appreciate the fact that I can get odor controlling pads to go with my filters as well (with three kids - one in diapers, and four pets - one a very old lady of a boxer, it can get kind of stinky in here)
